KJ is the sales rep. we dealt with from the start of our solar journey. We were kind of apprehensive at first but KJ Ford explained everything in detail and put our minds at ease. We were given step by step instructions on how to get signed up and it was all so easy. KJ Ford was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. We are just waiting for our installation day and are so excited. KJ Ford has made the journey very positive and memorable. I would recommend him to anyone interested in going solar. We had a really good experience with LightSkye Energy overall. Going into solar, we honestly didn’t know a ton about the process, but the team made everything easy to understand and kept us updated the whole way through. What stood out the most was the communication. Any time we had questions, someone got back to us quickly and explained things in a way that actually made sense. They walked us through the timeline, permits, installation, inspections, and what to expect after everything was turned on. The install crew was professional, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. The system looks great and the work was done much cleaner than we expected. The biggest thing for us has been seeing the difference in our electric bill. Utility costs just keep going up, so it feels good knowing we locked in something more predictable. We’ve already started noticing savings compared to what we were paying before, especially during months where our usage is usually high. Overall, the whole process was smoother than we expected and we’re happy we decided to move forward. I’d definitely recommend LightSkye Energy to anyone thinking about going solar.

LightSkye has been great to deal with throughout the entire administration. Curt and Elmondo have been great in helping me navigate multiple struggles from Mother Nature, down to miscommunication on planning. As any project goes, there have been hiccups and misfortunes, but they have been great on the rebound on correcting anything that’s been thrown at them and also helping me as the homeowner at the same time. Then on the install crew, Jordan has been an absolute blessing, along with Eddy. They have done everything they possibly can to ensure a successful and high quality job, and also ensuring that I am satisfied and happy as the homeowner and customer. Everyone I have met and dealt with has also been very professional and understanding to my situation.
